The Career Guidance Unit of Eastern University, Sri Lanka, has organized a Seminar on Disaster Risk Reduction and Climate Resilience for students of any academic year of the Faculty of Arts and Culture.

The seminar will be held on 08 June 2026 from 09:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m. at the Nalliah Auditorium.

The session will feature the following resource persons:

• Mr. R. Kiruparajah
  Senior Lecturer in Geography,
  Faculty of Arts and Culture,
  Eastern University, Sri Lanka
• Mr. Mahesh Somasundaram
  Manager,
  Commission for Development,
  National Christian Council of Sri Lanka

Participation is limited to 70 students and registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
