The Session One and Two of the Series of Workshops on Continuous Professional Development Programme for the Non-Academic Staff Members (Management Assistants and Allied Grades) were conducted by the Staff Development Center on 30th May 2023 and 01st June 2023 from 9.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. for all Management Assistants and Allied Grade employees eligible for their promotion examination in this year and next year in the SDC Hall, EUSL. The Resource person for this workshop was Mr. M. M. M. Fareez, Bursar, EUSL.

The Session three (Managing projects at the Institution) of the Workshop on Multiplication Training Programme was conducted by the Staff Development Cell (Non-Academic) - ENACT of the Staff Development Centre on 1st June 2023 from 2.00 p.m. to 4.15 p.m. at the SDC Hall, EUSL for all administrative and non-academic staff of EUSL. The Resource person for this workshop was Mr. A. Pahirathan, Registrar, EUSL.

The Session two (Human Resource Management and Current Trends in Human Resources Management) of the Workshop on Multiplication Training Programme was conducted by the Staff Development Cell (Non-Academic) - ENACT of the Staff Development Centre on 31st May 2023 from 2.00 p.m. to 4.15 p.m. at the SDC Hall, EUSL for all administrative and non-academic staff of EUSL. The Resource person for this workshop was Mr. A. Sujendran, Senior Assistant Registrar, Academic Establishments, EUSL.

Workshop on Student Counselling was conducted for all Student Counsellors and interested academic staff of EUSL on 23rd May 2023 from 1.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. in the Main Hall, EUSL by the Staff Development Centre. The Resource person for this workshop was Prof. Mohamed Thahir Mahees, Professor in Sociology, Department of Sociology, University of Colombo.

The Session one of the Continuous Professional Development Programmes for all the administrative staff members of the EUSL was conducted on 24th April 2023 from 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. at the SDC Hall, EUSL. The Resource person for this workshop was Mr. S Thiruvarudchelvan, Deputy Bursar, SVIAS, EUSL.

Workshop on Effective Office Management and Time Management was conducted on 23rd February 2023 from 9.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. for all Non-Academic staff and from 11.00 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. for all Academic staff in the SDC Hall, EUSL. The Resource person for this workshop is Prof. K. Maran, Professor & Director, Sri Sai Ram Institute of Management Studies, Sri Sai Ram Engineering College, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

A training workshop for staff members of the Faculty of Science and Technology was conducted on 17th February 2023 from 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. for all interested Academics and Technical Officers of the related faculties/departments of EUSL in the Physics Laboratory, Faculty of Science, EUSL. The Resource persons for this workshop are Prof. Kaveenga Koswattage, Mr. Priyashantha Premarathna, Mr. Duke Mickey Poul, Mr. Chsthuranga Vidanapathirana, Mr. Sudeera Wijethunga, Mr. Niroshan Gunawardana, Mr. Kaveendra Madhuwantha, Mr. Ashan Induranga.

SWOT Analysis for the Institutional Review was conducted on 1st February 2023 from 1.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. for all Non-Academic staff and from 11.00 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. for all the team members of the SER Writing team for the IR, 4 nominated members from the Administrative Staff and 4 nominated members from the Non-Academic Staff of the EUSL in the Board Room, EUSL. The Resource person for this review is Senior Prof. T. Velnampy, Senior Professor, Department of Accounting, Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce, University of Jaffna.
