Exposure Visit to the Brandix Apparel Solutions Limited
This Exposure Visit conducted for the students of Special Degree in Management, and Special Degree in Human Resource Management in 3rd Year 1st Semester of Academic Year 2018/2019 Students of Department of Business and Management Studies.
The objective of the visit is to understand the “Application of Total Quality Management and Performance Appraisal Concepts in the Real World”.

The workshop was conducted by Mentoroof under its Skill Sprint workshop series for universities around Sri Lanka, and focused on creating awareness on bridging the gap in certain soft skills needed to transition from university to career and the global workplace. The Workshop had sessions on developing communication skills, networking skills and mastering the job hunt.
